I’ve been anxious to get a card made with this adorable mailbox! It even has a tiny letter to put in the slot!! So cute!!! When I first saw this stamp and die set, I just loved it. I like that it’s a different look for me and my card-making. And a classic style. I do love that CAS style!! The set is from Spellbinders and is called Parcel and Post. There is the Parcel and Post Etched Die set and a coordinating sentiment stamp set that perfectly fits the front of the mailbox. There are two other Parcel and Post coordinating die sets from Spellbinders - one is Christmas themed and the other is Valentine themed. Also available are two Glimmer foiling sets of sentiments - one is All-Occasion Greetings and the other is Christmas Greetings. Ahh - a dream of mine! One day I’ll have the Glimmer foiling system!! The foiling look is so beautiful!

I started the card front by blending green and light blue inks to simulate grass and sky. I used a Fiskars Grass Edge punch to make the grass pieces. It was a fun card to put together. That’s the goal, right? To find joy in your hobby?! I hope you are getting joy from your creative outlets!!
